Hello!

I’m Emma, a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer based in Oxfordshire, recently relocated from London. I’m passionate about helping people build confidence in their bodies, move well, and develop strength that supports them for life.

With experience teaching in leading studios across London and on international retreats, I bring together the principles of Pilates and strength training into one integrated method. This approach allows my clients to not only move better, but to feel stronger, more supported and more capable in their everyday lives — whatever their goals may be.

My own journey into fitness began early through my love of the outdoors, horse riding and running — anything that involved learning a skill and staying active. I later discovered Pilates and strength training during my previous career as a Fashion Designer, where long hours at a desk began to impact my posture, spine and overall wellbeing. Combining Pilates with strength training was transformative, helping me rebuild both my body and how I moved through daily life.

This experience inspired me to retrain, and after many hours of study I qualified in both Pilates and Strength Training, transitioning into full-time teaching across group classes and 1:1 sessions.

My teaching style is tailored, encouraging and detail-driven. I focus on helping every client move with intention, control and confidence so they can feel the real, lasting benefits of their practice.

You can move with me in my home studio, Hold Space — equipped with mat, weights, reformer and small accessories — as well as online via Zoom, or in studios across Oxfordshire and London.
